Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges
All items are made-to-order, as such, we do not keep an inventory or a physical store where we accept returns. Therefore, returns are not possible if:

  • You want a size exchange (so please double-check the size charts for each item before submitting your order as no size exchange is possible)
  • You changed your mind and do not want the item anymore

Misprinted or Damaged Items
Item replacements are possible if you have received a misprinted or damaged item:

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be emailed to help@anaarfashion.com within 3 days after the product has been received (within 3 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information page).
  • You must provide us with pictures of the items showing the problem so we can open a case with our printing company. This is a very important step to do.
  • Misprinted items or items with wrong size labels will be replaced free of charge.
  • All our articles pass quality control before being shipped to the customer. Damaged items will be reviewed according to the proof you send us and the item's quality control before we make a decision to send you a replacement or refund you for the item. 

In both cases of item replacement or refund, returning the defective item is not necessary. However, if you want to do that all tax/shipping charges are at your own expense.

Refunds
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund according to your case. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will not receive a refund but you may receive a replacement according to our "Misprinted or Damaged Item" policy.
