Shipping policy

All items are made-to-order. it takes 2-7 business days to create your item. The estimated delivery times are added on top of that.

Estimated standard delivery times:

• USA: 3-5 business days
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• Worldwide: 10-20 business days (this is the maximum but it can be reduced to 5-10 business days according to the delivery address)

Things to keep in mind:

• All US orders and most international orders include full tracking. Some international orders may include limited tracking information according to the local carrier.
• Most products are shipped from our fulfilment centers in US and others may be made in and shipped from the European Union according to the destination address.
• Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently.
• Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. You are responsible for these fees. Please make sure you are aware of the rules and regulations of the location you want your items delivered before ordering.
